COMMENTARY: Don’t Give Data Centers a Pass on Pollution, Too

This new opinion piece by Ivy Main in the Virginia Mercury provides valuable statewide context regarding the climate impacts of data centers, and how the environmental legislation has failed to catch up to the proliferation of these massive pollutants. Virginia’s lack of guardrails is a worrisome development, which doesn’t appear to have anyone looking for a solution at the state level.
