Ten Citizens & CFFC Officially File Litigation Against Warrenton Town Council to Overturn the Amazon SUP

The fight against the Amazon data center on Blackwell Road is not over! that it's not over, and it isn't. Ten citizens and Citizens for Fauquier County have filed a lawsuit against the Warrenton Town Council on behalf of town residents directly impacted by Amazon's data center.
